Little Moments — Privacy Policy
The short version
We're not posting or sharing your child's photos anywhere. We take a photo to write their daily observation faster, and it stays attached to that one note — which only their teacher can open — before it goes to you through Brightwheel. That's all it is.
Photos
Your child's photo is used only for their daily observation. It is not posted publicly and not shared with anyone else: it stays attached to that single observation, which only your child's teacher can open, and it reaches your family through Brightwheel along with the note. Deleting the observation deletes its photo with it.
No AI decisions about your child
The app only helps write the words. Your child's teacher decides what's worth observing, reviews every sentence, and nothing is sent without their approval.
What the app does and doesn't do
The app reads and describes photos to help write an observation. It does not generate, alter, or create images of children. No synthetic images are ever produced.
Access
Little Moments is a private app. Each child's observations are visible only to that child's own teacher — not to other teachers, not to other classrooms, and not to other parents. Every teacher signs in before they can see the class, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Consent
A child's observations are only created after a parent or guardian has opted in. Teachers review and approve every observation before it is sent.
